Property Tax


"Application forms will be supplied at service centre on payment, for assessment of property tax in information counter in Ward Offices." Everyday between 10 AM   3.30 PM on working days.
All enquiries including advice on deficiences in applications documents will be attended across the table by Assistant Revenue Officer of Divisional Offices. Tuesdays - Thursdays 3 PM - 5 PM
Decision for Levy of Property Tax assessment will be communicated. Within 30 days.
Application forms will be supplied at information centre on payment for Name Transfer of properties in information counter in Divisional Offices. Everyday between 10 AM   3.30 PM on working days.
All enquiries including advice on deficiencies in applications/documents will be attended across the table bu Assistant Revenue Officer of Divisional Offices. Tuesdays - Thursdays 3 PM - 5 PM
Final orders will be passed for Name Transfer of properties. Within 15 days.
Application forms will be supplied at information centre on payment for sub-division of properties in information counter in Divisional offices. Everyday between 10 AM   3.30 PM on working days.
All enquiries including advice on deficiences/in applications documents will be attended across the table by Assistant Revenue Officer of Divisional Offices. Tuesdays - Thursdays 3 PM - 5 PM
Final orders will be passed for sub-division of property. Within 21 days.
